What this page is for
This site is run by EITRI BROKKR PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore. Singapore's personal data protection law applies. Until you ask for a PDF, we do not ask for your name, your email, or any other personal detail.
The PDF form
If you type an email address on the customise page and ask for the PDF, we use that address to send the configuration you ticked. We keep a row for that send: the address, the configuration reference, whether you ticked the optional contact box, a hash of the network address the request came from, the mail provider's send id, and the time. The hash is not the address itself. We use it only to slow down repeated sends.
The optional contact box
The box is separate from the send. Leave it empty and you still get the PDF. Tick it and we may call or message you about what Eitri Brokkr offers. You can withdraw that at any time by writing to us from the address we sent the PDF to, or by using the number on this site.
Who else sees it
The PDF is sent through Resend, the mail service this site uses. They receive the address and the file so the mail can go out. We do not sell the address, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their own use.
WhatsApp and the phone
If you tap a contact link, WhatsApp or the phone app opens on your device. What you type there is a message you send to us, not a form on this site. We read those messages to answer you.
How long we keep the row
The row stays so we can honour the day cap on sends, show that you asked for the PDF, and honour a withdrawal of the optional contact tick. Ask us to delete the row and we will, unless we still need it to finish a send you asked for or to keep a record the law requires.
